Our packs of multivitamins for men and women contain 8 tablets, all specially coated for easy consumption.

HOW MANY MG OF CAFFEINE IS IN ANIMAL PAK?

There is no added caffeine. There is no more than 10mg of naturally occurring caffeine per serving in ANIMAL Pak.

HOW DO I USE ANIMAL PAK?

Take 1 pack with plenty of water at breakfast or any other meal. For those who compete or are training with higher intensity, we suggest taking two packs—one in the AM and one in the PM.

WHAT CAN I PAIR ANIMAL PAK WITH?

ANIMAL Pak is the baseline to any stack and can be combined with any of the products in our product line. As a part of our foundational line, ANIMAL Pak should be used for your everyday needs.

THE DIRECTIONS FOR ANIMAL PAK SAY I SHOULD TAKE 2 PACKS. CAN I JUST TAKE 1 PACK?

One pack is great for most people, but if you're an elite bodybuilder or a competitive strength athlete and you're training for a competition that requires you to be on a depletion diet, we recommend 2 packs per day.
