There is no added caffeine. There is no more than 10mg of naturally occurring caffeine per serving in Animal Pak.

HOW DO I USE ANIMAL PAK?

Take 1 pack with plenty of water at breakfast or any other meal. For those who compete or are training with higher intensity, we suggest taking two packs—one in the AM and one in the PM. The directions for Animal Pak say I should take 2 packs. Can I just take 1 pack? One pack is great for most people. If you're an elite bodybuilder or a competitive strength athlete and you're training for a competition that requires you to be on a depletion diet, then we recommend 2 packs per day.
